Design work: dimensional adjustments of individual metal parts to be cut and subsequently welded, in order to minimize welding shrinkage, especially concerning armored steel.

Design, fabrication, and setup of production tooling, including bias prebending and reshaping calculations, especially for fit-up and welding jigs and fixtures.

Authoring of the Welding Sequence Instructions. This will be fine-tuned and finalized in collaboration with your team after trials.

Development of the complete Manufacturing Data Package and management of the Engineering Changes.

Establishing and overseeing the procurement of individual parts and subassemblies / weldments (incl. machining) through OUR trusted 3rd parties. Executing similar activities in YOUR supply chain in compliance with your quality standards and delivery schedules.

Reverse engineering - dimensional and metallurgical.

Coordination of critical machinery retrofit / modernization.
